Proseminar: Automotive Software Engineering
Module | INF-BSc-110 |
Type | Proseminar |
Credits | 3 Credits (Seminar) 1 Credit (Presentation) |
Topic
The proseminar covers fundamentals and current topics in automotive software engineering. Examples are:
- Modern architectures for automotive embedded systems
- Model-based development approaches
- Dealing with variant diversity
- Design and development of autonomous driving functions
- Safety of autonomous driving functions
- Dealing with requirements
Learning Objectives
The proseminar is intended to elaborate the basics of automotive software engineering and to shed light on various current challenges. Within the scope of the proseminar, literature research, the conception and holding of presentations as well as the writing of own texts shall be learned and trained. The participants will (under guidance) independently prepare and present one topic each in presentations and papers. The focus is on the presentation and communication of the respective core ideas.
